How long has it been

since you held yourself tightly

and said I love you?

Thank you so much, Andrea. This is an honor from someone as accomplished a writer as yourself. I would like to defer this on to someone else, however, because I have already accepted this award in the past, and I feel like there are so many other deserving writers who deserve this honor, as well. If you don’t mind, please pass the nomination onto one of those other great writers! Thanks again! And I look forward to reading much more of your work!!

So timely. A lot of times, we think of others first. Our families, our friends, people who needs our help but seldom do we think about ourselves and loving it the way we should. There’s a saying , ” We should love ourself first so we can love others as well. ” Wonderful post. Thanks…

Janet, this touched me. You managed to create an impact with the words and image, so I had to share this in my facebook page! Don’t know if you can see it, but here is the link with my comments about your entry:

I just hugged myself and said “I Love You”! :)

Thank you. I looked at your Facebook post, and I hope many people give themselves hugs and say “I love you” to themselves. We are sacred vessels, each and every one of us, and to honor love for ourselves, in whatever condition, is the greatest prayer. ♥ Janet And hugs to you!
